    A: We ship to the United Staes and Canada only.

    How do I replace a damaged item?

    A: If the package is damaged, do not accept delivery. If the item inside is damaged, with no apparent damage to the package, use to the contact form to notify us that you are sending the item back to the address listed on the contact page. As soon as we receive the damaged item, we will send a replacement.

    What is your return policy if I do not like the item after I receive it?

    A: If you are not satisfied with a product, fill out the contact form and let us know that you are sending it. When we receive the item, we will refund your payment as long as the item is in re-sellable condition.

    What type of payments do you accept?

    A: We accept all types of payments through Paypal only.

    Q: How long does it take for the order to ship?
    How long does it take from the time I place my order until it ships out? How will I know?

    A: It usually takes 3-4 business days after your payment has cleared for your order to ship from our warehouse. We will email you a shipping confirmation when it ships so that you can track your package.

    Q: What and how do the representatives get paid?
    How much do the representatives get paid? How often do they get paid?

    A: The representatives will receive 20% commission from sales made through their personal link. Should they decide to build a team, they will also receive 5% of their personal referral's sales.

    They will also receive 20% off of any personal orders (commission wil not be paid on these sales). If you should collect payment directly from the customer, use your personal discount code and pay yourself your commission!

    Pay outs are made via paypal on the 5th of each month. The payouts will be for the prvious calendar month.

    How do I become a representative of Flower Mound Escape?

    A: You simply fill out the short form on the home page (Affiliate Program) and you will be sent the representative agreement with the full terms. As soon as you agree and return it, join our support and training group at http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/FlowerMoundEscape to access the buttons and member training.
